To get your online payment account setup, enter your account number, including dashes, and the temporary password printed on your bill.  Once you logged in, you'll be given the option to change your password.

To better serve our customers, we now have the ability to send out a phone call to let our customers know if they are on our delinquency list before being disconnected for nonpayment. The call service will also be used for contacting our customers if there’s a disruption of service due to water main breakage.  If you are unsure if we have the correct phone number on file, on your account, give us a call to verify that information.  615-666-2194.

Never worry about paying a penalty again.   The  reoccurring payment option is available.  Your Credit or Debit card will automatically be used for payment each month for the balance of your City of Lafayette utility bill.
